got letter about endo referall

Hi I would write yourself a list of everything you ant to say. Do not give it to Endo but use for yourself as a prompt. When you go tell them you want to see the consultant, not a registrar. Say that at every opportunatey!

Thanks Jackie ill make sure i take a list with me and tomorrow when i call ill make it clear i want to see the consultant and when i arrive ill make it known too
