I'm on 100mcg Levo and 40mg Carbimazole with Graves. Have felt OK for several months but now very agitated again, jumpy, chest ache, palpitations. Does it sound like I'm hyper again and should I reduce my Levo?

I'm sorry your question was missed.
If you have your latest thyroid bloods, including the ranges this will help people to better offer informed support.
If you have not been tested lately, it sounds to me like it would be a good idea.
Any chest aches or palpitations should always be taken seriously, and I would suggest a visit to your GP ASAP.
