I'm in to my messages tonight for the first time since the site changes - wow. How many months? Is this a record or are others still not able to access theirs? I was actually logging on to deactivate my account, and just thought, I'll have one last try, and bingo - in.

So HU have a reprieve.

Now all I need is for the email notifications to work...

Click on your name in the green bar, choose Email Preferences. Some people have suggested that if you are not getting the alerts you think you should, then switch them off, then back on again.

Thanks Rod, but that never works. Still, I will just have to persevere and be patient - but is is infuriating!

I had to change my email from gmail to hotmail.

I didn't have to change from gmail! I have a special account dedicated to HU.

Certainly always worth checking every step of your email route in case HU mails are identified as spam or junk at any point.

I'm glad you are giving it another go. I started getting email notifications a while ago and was surprised to find that other people had been getting them before me as I'd presumed they had all started again for everyone at the same time. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the way the new site works but I still wouldn't be without it!

I was able to access the site when they first made changes, but for the past week have been unable to do so. Yesterday I was included back into the fold again. So good to be back. Janet.
