If there a link between high prolactin and Levo?? I need a repeat blood test done to see if the prolactin level was a fluke.

My doc said my TSH was 0.05 when I saw her last week is that good?? Also I'm on a 2 high a dose but my oncologist said it's to keep the TSH suppressed is this right??

There is a link between prolactin and TSH.

Both are produced in the pituitary and it is fairly common for people with raised TSH to also have raised prolactin. However nothing is simple. So please do not make any assumptions from what I have written. You need proper investigation.

your tsh of 0.05 is good only if you feel well. If you don't feel hyper then you are not on too high a dose. A suppressed tsh is good if you feel well.
