Something went wrong - I saw your comment on the latest activity page but could not see it on your question. Very odd. I thought you had posted a reply then decided to delete it!
I cannot believe it was anything you did - just a technical issue. Not sure what to suggest - maybe close and re-open your browser, or log out and back in to HU, or something of that sort. Maybe simply try again?
