Want to treat adrenals but having amalgams removed soon. What to do?

I now realise that it's my adrenals that are in a bad way and do need treating. First step would be to have an adrenal test to see what the cortisol is doing.

Meanwhile, in a month's time, I will be starting major dental treatment to have my amalgam fillings removed. My mouth is full of them and I realise that there is no guarantee my health will improve.

It would make sense to leave my adrenals until this work is finished, whenever that will be. Thing is, I'm absolutely sick of feeling rubbish and, in my head, I don't want to wait til next year to treat the adrenals.

Any words of wisdom would be appreciated!

Why do you think that you should wait? I would have thought you would need more adrenal support while you are going through the stressful process of having the fillings removed.

I would suggest you get your adrenals in the best possible condition ready for this procedure.

Thanks for your reply. I understand what you're saying but am worried that adrenal support could be ineffective or, at worst, a waste of time at this particular stage. I honestly don't know what to do for the best as adrenals will take some time to recover anyway and this treatment could impede.
