The Frustrations of Depression

A friend of mine shared the following link recently, of 21 (brief) comics that talk about depression. I thought I'd share it here too because depression often affects thyroid patients and I figured a lot of people here would be able to relate to these.

Maybe some of the comics might even be helpful to explain to friends/family who perhaps don't get what it is like or what they are doing when they brush off the symptom.

Thank you so much for this! I, for one, can certainly relate to these.

That is very interesting. I think that thyroid problems has a lot to do with depression, I know for I have lived it now for more than 18 years. I have started using T3 and already feeling a little bit better, a long way to go yet, but hated Levo.

I love it. It has summed me up completely, not only me but all of us.

I enjoyed the bit about yoga. As a Yoga teacher and there are people in my classes with thyroid conditions, this has cheered me up no end, I am always trying to find ways to make the laugh.I have a very strong accent, perhaps it is the way I say it?

Brilliant.
