heart flutters about 1 hour after taking levo then it settles down, anyone else had this ?

For a long time I put that down to caffeine intolerance but early this year while I was on 150mg levo it got much worse. I accidentally reduced my dose to 100mg (went away and didn't take enough with me -duh) and all those symptoms disappeared.

I get very jittery about an hour after but settles down then.
