Been having bad muscle pain and soreness for months now so decided to take D-Ribose 3 times a day.......I'm keeping my fingers crossed (after4 days) that it's beginning to have a small effect.......very little RLS which has plagued me for years .......Is there light at the end of the tunnel!!!!!

in hope

It's good stuff! I must admit I found no benefit from regular dosing all the time but I do find it invaluable after any exertion - it certainly stops after effects from gardening, long walks and the like.

RLS? have been wracking brains to figure out what that is - am sure it will be obvious once you tell me. :)

Restless Legs Syndrome, I'd guess.

Thanks - yes so obvious when you're told!

The main downside is taking it abroad - do worry about what customs men in foreign lands might think about my bag of white powder!

I would certainly consider a tablet form of anything that could raise suspicions like anonymous white powder. I'd also think about keeping any medicine in its original container and with original documentation (patient information leaflets, copies of prescriptions).

I do keep it in its original bag - but guess a good smuggler might use a similar bag and replace the contents. ;)

Have yet to find a table form for d-ribose

err that should be tablet form - table a bit much to swallow!

It is readily available in tablet form - but haven't yet seen the table form. :-)

(Simply the first I found on the site. UK Amazon seemed expensive.)
