Don't let that worry you, I not dyslexic and you should see some of my posts, I often have to go in and edit spellings and grammer, I always blame it on predictive text :-)

When I was first diagnosed I had a huge load of freelance work booked but I was so useless I decided to cancel it, I felt so bad saying I couldn't do it but I was also frightened that once I got going I wouldnt be able to keep it up which would have been worse for everyone, that felt really depressing because like you I liked working but I wanted to get as much rest as I could and something had to go, I started work again in late May and kept it to a couple of days a week for a while then did a bit more once I got going, makes you feel human again getting back to the working world doesn't it.

Once you get onto the right dose your aches ought to improve a bit. One day when my neck was really aching - I think it is probably fibromyalgia - anyway I bought a little handbag sized spray of ibuprofen from Boots and now when I get a pain in the neck I just give myself a quick spray.

Ibuleve Speed Spray - I was so dim that in spite of the name on the box I hadn't realised I had actually bought a little spray of the stuff until I went to rub it on. Such a handy little handbag sized spray :-)
