If, like me, you felt awful cutting down on your salt intake as per all the medical advice you might be interested to read this! Apologies for the non-working link. Hopefully Health Unlocked will sort this out very soon!

Thanks :) I was lucky enough to have a cardiologist with some common sense who told me to eat more salt. I felt better almost immediately :)

My daughter when pregnant was told a little salt would help leg cramps - it did.

Forget energy/hydration drinks - adding a tiny bit of salt & sugar in water does the job.

Also folks were given 'salt' tablets in hot climes, why? J x

I clicked on 'Reply to this' button on CarolynB's reply - 2nd try.

for those having trouble - you can highlight a link (by wiping across it with your mouse)

then right click to copy (or Ctrl C) or you may have the 'go to' option at get straignht there.

click on a new tab at the top in your browser & paste (Ctrl V) link into address box.

Alternatively have another glass of wine and see if HU have fixed it tomorrow! J :D x

Dr Brownstein also makes a claim about salt. He recommends unrefined sea salt.
