I am getting mood changes...can be fine when i wake up...get half way through my work and get anxious and then stay a bit anxious for few hours and then get tearful..or wake up tearful and be ok when i am up..i am self employed otherwise no one would hire me :(..then i can be fine for a few days.....was hypo then hyper and on lower meds to try and get THS sorted....

I feel for you. Try to stay calm. I'm a person who throughout my childhood, school, college and start of my working life was always happy. It took a lot to anger me.

Nowadays I also go through mood swings. Small things can set me off and it's as if I'm a different person. I know that it's not me, it's a little bit of me and a lot os my illness. I try to remember that, calm myself and try and think positively. It helps sometimes but the mind is a tricky thing

thank you...i was same as you..one of the happiest bubbly people you know...then i found myself change...go back to normal then change...aaaggghhh......felt my get up and go went.....but will keep taking the meds and see if they can get me balanced!!!..thank for reply it helps to know i am not the only one...:)
