Am i right in thinking that if the Endo as my TSH at eg .04 but the lab where the gp sends its bloods, the TSH range is 0.20-4.50 .so the gp will always be lowering my Levo to get me in gps lab range .

Some GP's attempt to keep within the range but that is not the correct thing to do. He/she should ask how you are keeping and if still suffering, increase your meds or if you think you are on too much he should lower it. It is o.k. to have a very low or suppressed TSH if you feel well.It is recommended that our TSH is below 1.
Thanks for that ,I have never been on the same dose of levo for a whole year at a time ,as gp keeps lowering them ,so now i am thinking that the Endo wants me on one level eg .04 ,but gp over .20 ,

Ask your endocrinologist to contact your GP to confirm.
