swollen lymph node and ear pain

Hi all not well at mo terrible pain under my left ear and swollen lymph node only on left side getting a bit worried everything going wrong on my left side which is the side my thyroid is not working properly anyone have these problems

omg I have had this for over a year ( sorry) just under left ear and when they swell they pain, not sure about the answer, hoping private endo will give me some direction.

I had swollen lymph nodes and was advised by endo it's part if hashi's xx

Well u still have them but at least I know it can go hand in hand with thyroid problems x
