I had TT with nodules wrapped around voice box in 2002. Had RAI. Now my TSH is 18.0, T4 is 0.72, T3 2.79, vita D is 31. High bp, heart rat

Leg cramps, the list goes on. Was on 200mcg for last years doc dropped 5 weeks ago because TSH was 0.0015. Now after putting me on 100mcg its high

I had TT in 2014; I am assuming you are on T4 only meds. I cannot imagine trying to live on 100mcg, if you are on T4 only there is no wonder you have high BP and heart rate the drop is far to radical as far as I can see. Try to persuade the doctor to at least meet you half way with 150mcg for 6 weeks and see what the results are then. I am in the UK and a TSH of 18 is ridiculous if your measurements are the same as ours. You would be considered very hypo here. Has BP and pulse increased since the dose was dropped, if it has bring this to the doctors attention.
