I had several months of no troubles at all - until about 5 weeks ago when a massive flare up floored me out of the blue. The more anxious I get about it, the less likely it is to go away!! I have night time pain and terrible gurgling which keeps me awake, and the worst thing for me at the moment is not feeling like I've properly "been" - if that's not tmi. One day the causes of IBS will be truly discovered...
