I'm IBS patient, and I have stomach sound for the past 3yrs. please what is the treatment?

I have been diagnosed as having IBS. for 3yrs now I have this stomach sound which is very serious and makes me feel uncomfortable. please what is the best solution?

What kind of a sound is it? Stomach sound is very common and I belive it to be called borborygmi/us

Rambling sound, from one end to the another. even when you are sitting beside me you will here it

sounds pretty normal.

you could be swallowing exesse air
