What does it mean when u start grinding ur teeth after a meal n also feel bloated n only stop when u spent several mins in the toilet.!!??

I recently justd discovered the situation and im nt too sure if i gt ibs or poor diet!!well i usually have toast n coffee for breakfast..then hot chocolate n nut n oat wit chocolate bars x2 for morninf tea..rice n tin curry chicken for lunch...roast chicken potatoes,beas,brocollis,mix veges for din..im n active person so i exercise everyday..i would appreciat if some1 can please ans.my question or even pointin me to the right direction cheers..

My experience has been that chocolate is a real problem with IBS or colon problems. So is coffee, as much as I love it.

Wow dats a real schocking news for a coffee n chocolate fanatic like me!!!ive been havin coffee n hot chocolate pretty much everyday without realizing its effect on me!!!nw i know ima keep away from it thank u for ur comment really app. V much...cheers
