They are for disabled toilets and are so useful I bought my son some too as a lot of the toilets now are for baby changing too

May I take this opportunity to state my opinion that it is disgraceful for local authorities to charge for use of these facilities.
Local town Hall, first Radar key free .if you lose your Radar key i believe it's £5-£10 depending on Council.
