IBSC and BAM???

Most people with BAM have IBSD. I have IBSC No doctors or gastroenterologist can offer me an explanation let alone any treatment. I Don't think they have ever heard of this, but the scans don't lie? I have not even been given any dietary advice. Except avoid fatty foods. When I have a flair up my stools turn very pale even yellow! I'm told it's the BAM. Like that's OK then! It's NOT it's painfully and exhausting. I'm worried that this acid is getting into my small bowel. That would explain the excessive wind (rear end) iv been getting. Could my celiac disease be complicating things even more. Any thoughts appreciated.
