Sick of these bowel movements every 2 or 3 weeks cramps and then the runs,had 2 FIT tests both normal and bloods ok.

It is awful so unpredictable and depressing I am exactly the same my anxiety is through the roof feeling so ill at times. Hope you feel better soon.x
