Looking for IBS resources, etc.

(Posting for my sister.) Hi. I have leaky gut, IBS, dysbiosis & low pancreatic elastase.

Legs swelling in general & intense when digesting.

I think I'm having autoimmune or IBS reaction. Dr. prescribed low dose naltraxone & xifaxan. Any thoughts in terms of diets, doctors, hospitals, medicines, or other resources like websites, etc.?

I lost 14 lbs 4 yrs ago & 18 lbs 2 yrs ago & I weigh 101 now.
