Fibocalm

Hi, I have been trying the new Fibocalm for constipation capsules, but they are causing much worse bloating. I assume it’s Xyloglucan ingredient which I think is a FODMAP. It doesn’t matter what I try it’s always worse. Anyone else found this?

Hi there,I've been using fybocalm and have found them to be a great help. I do get some trapped wind discomfort but by comparison to the stomach spasms I had been having before they are mild. It is helped by drinking more water and going for a walk. Overall I'm feeling much better since taking them and definitely not as constipated 👍

Make sure you are drinking enough. You need extra with casuals.
