IBS flare

hi everyone. I have had IBS since 2018. Today have lunch with friends. Was fine after that. But after eating dinner had to pass a motion. All my IBS flares have different symptoms. It’s difficult to judge is it a flare or something else. Would like to hear about how everyone experiences their flares. Mine don’t happen very often but always come with varied symptoms. Normally when I eat something that doesn’t suit me I pass motion immediately after the meal. Today it happened after eating dinner at home. As I mentioned my lunch was outside. Please do share your experience and how do you cope with your flare.

I don't have Ibs, but there is one in my family that got it.A nutritionist and reading a lot about the right foods has helped. Of course doctors... Pentasa sometimes. Chinese medicin says that a cup of green the (camomille/menthe/citron melisse etc.) kan help the digest after the meals.

It is a matter of trying and feel what this is the best.
