Camera because if the ct scan does show anything they'll want to do a Colonoscopy anyway.

The camera is tiny, so don’t be afraid. The fear of it is far worse than the actual thing.

hi, I’ve had both, the ct scan was so much easier. I personally didn’t get on with the colonoscopy. The scan will show everything

He only offered me camrea down bottom.or mouth and at this stage I wouldn't be sedated then said ct scan that's all he said he didn't even let me get a word in about my symptoms it was quick phone call but I'm glad I'm having ct scan but also scared what they'll find

I had a camera down my throat and i was sedated. They put the camera thru your nose i didn't feel a thing. I had colonoscopy and I was sedated for that too. I also had a ct scan and a dye was injected to enhance the image which is painless and you dont need to sedated.

Hi Ella1992 I have just had a Gastroscope and Colonoscopy. I was freaking out about the Gastroscope but I have to say it was over before I knew it had started. My throat was sprayed which made it partially numb, was given Fentanyl via cannula the next I knew it was over and the Gastro was in the middle of my Colonoscopy. Agree with Viklou, a CT scan shows all the abdominal organs but you will still need the G & C so everything has been covered. Good luck.

Hi. I think camera (colonoscopy) is better because it shows everything . It’s not hard I did it 2 years ago . Good luck
