I'm the same lovely, with awful bloating from nowhere. Been in a flare for over a week now, lack of sleep, cramps, pain, bloating, fatigue, just terrible. Came from nowhere really, well I have had some stress and anxiety so probably not from nowhere. But it happens. Trying everything, had a little cry this morning as just so fed up. Had it for 30 years now. Really hope you are ok. My GP has little empathy. You are certainly not alone. Sending lots of positivity and light.
