painful diaghragmatic muscles,panic attacks

my stomach muscles so tired.i can really struggle to breathe. I slept 2 nights ago with zopicline, then last night only4 4 hours 4 and tinight even less. Had big panic attackyesterday, mainly from thinking i was well enough to work when i wasn't. ( ( Little sleep, not enough ef98d)...s

anyone have any useful do nealing with diaphragmatic muscles that are so tired and painful from panic attacks today. I see my mind body gut link so clearbut can't stop the connection..

Waiting tests, but I know there's nothing there ( I don't feel any issues).

I have the same thing. Mine is linked to my nervous system going into overdrive apparently.

Sorry to hear you have same problem. I did have some acupuncture this morning .. then did some fast walking layer to open the diaphragm muscles . This helped. I'm going in citalopram 20mg dose now. Hanging on tight .
