I know how you feel.Yes I’m sure the heat has been affecting me.Ive been feeling sickly and have to suddenly run to the toilet.Had to take an Imodium already this morning.Hopefully as it gets cooler you’re tummy will calm down.

Same here. Last two days have been hell. Drinking lots of water so peeing a lot, but I am pooing like its an Olympic event! Cannot go anywhere and even working from home is difficult as I have to leave online meetings to go.

Had to pad up for an important meeting yesterday which is never great but in 36C heat!

I hope your feeling a lot better in the cool My tum was misbehaving so I told it to lay off covered my eyes with cold compresses under a cold fan with meditation in my ears I fell asleep and so did the vile tum Bingo bet it won’t work like that again The only good thing about the heat was my appetite went so didn’t have to worry about what to eat or not I would of replied to you at the time I just felt exhausted Heat? IBS ?who knows either way it wasn’t the greatest time for loads of us I’m certain of that

Keep as well as your positivity let’s you

I wasn't too bad in the heat but it upsets many peoples guts. But there's a lot of shade where I live and my house is cooler than most being an old stone cottage.

I have a friend who doesn't even have IBS and she got an upset tummy during that heat.

But....strangely when the clouds came and a very short thunderstorm, that's when my gut played up. But cramps, windy feeling and some bloating mostly with oddly enough for me....slight constipation!

Has it gone cooler now where you are? It's worse in towns and cities I think, Too many heat sources, lights etc. Not getting proper sleep because of the heat causes body stress too which can contribute.

I hope you have improved a bit or it's gone cooler. or both preferably.

I'm in Somerset and though it was horribly hot it wasn't as bad where I live. Lots of trees around my house, thick stone walls, and well out of town. But Mon. morning when I opened the back door it was like opening an oven door! Thank goodness it's cooled down somewhat now.
