Bowel problems

I am having bowel issues. I have IBS for many years. Mostly constipation. Now have diarrhea and constipation. My diarrhea turned yellow. I’m on vacation but haven’t eaten anything yellow. Don’t know what could cause this. I also have diverticulosis and barrettts esophagus. Some times pencil thin bowels almost as if blocked. Anyone have any advice or experienced same problem? Thanks.

Hi I was told by my nutritionist that yellow poo means too much fat in your diet. I have the symptoms of IBS D. This made sense for me as my poo is yellow after eating fish n chips. I have to remove the batter from the fish but it is an occasional slightly risky treat.
