Hi

What is the best bulk forming laxative that you can take daily that’s in a tablet form ?

Also has anyone tried fibergel chews rather than the Ones that you mix with water ?

Fibogel is great mixing with water is really easy you need to drink half a cup

I recommend it solves c really well.

I also really recommend Yakult as well. This really helps one a day - not with anything hot though or it kills off the gut friendly bacteria in it.
