Hi I feel your agony am on day 11 of my IBS and around day 3 of the worst trapped wind ever. How long have you had your trapped wind ? I ve also put on here the same question but nothing helping for me.

I think I might be making my self worse with anxiety as this is my worst flare up and am at the point of is this really IBS.

I am burping a lot but just struggling to get it out the other end, I feel I just wish I could put a pin in my stomach and release it all.
