I believe I had an IBS reaction early hours of Wednesday morning from 2 am with pains in my stomach. I have been using the Fodmap app from Monash and didn't check almonds as I had bought some almond milk and had four drinks using it. The almonds were on the do not have list.
Consequently, I felt really bad Thursday with my stomach and very dizzy and spaced out, could not drive or go to work.
Managed to go in today but left early as I was still feeling washed out but not dizzy.
My son came down and as I got up to see him go he said your dizzy again ( I was not going to say anything) so he took my blood pressure and said it was on the low side and said check it again and let him know.
Does anyone else get low blood pressure after an IBS incident and any advice?
I am not dehydrated or rushing to the toilet. I just feel a bit spaced out.

Hi there I often have low blood pressure and when Ive had a bad episode I feel how you describe although I do have diahrrea. I too follow the fodmap diet. It has changed my life for the good. Don't worry to much about how you felt. Low blood pressure makes you feel lightheaded and tired. Maybe because you had a disturbed night and you were tired? Best wishes
