I am not sure if we have pinworms or IBS? We all as a family have the same symptoms. Poop the it solid at first in the morning but gets softer throught the day. I have a picture of poop but don’t know how to post.

If all the family has gone down with something they don't usually have it does sound like it could be worms. See link below, it may be of some help!
I agree with Maureen sounds more like worms or a bug speak to ur pharmacy they will have something for worms if it is that
