Well, don't eat Mc Donalds French fries. They are not good for you, as they contain a lot of fat and salt and little nutrition. Try to have a balanced diet, with simple foods made from scratch and see what happens.

McDonald’s good is one of the worse food you can eat. Try a well balanced diet and more on the paleo type with less fat and sugars

It's more likely to be the high fat content which makes them indigestible - starch usually gets digested first which is why large amounts raises your blood sugar too fast and then gets deposited in the fat cells. Think 'beer belly'.

I have given up Mc and KFC rubbish a long time ago, by refusing to buy this muck, as a climate and meteorology buff, I don't add to the destruction of the Amazon to build soya and livestock farms. They do say "fries" Are the worst thing you can eat, may be the high fat /salt and proccesed elements that go through you. Home made chips are the best pref cooked in an air fryer??

You might have inadvertently got a FODMAP diet result without having to go through then entire process! Might be helpful to know what it is exactly in the fries which causes the problem, but it seems a good start - wish I had the same luck finding out what causes my problems, but weeks of diary entries have failed to uncover a single connection!
