Hi. So I think I've found the culprit to my bad stomach cramps and bloating. If I cook with oil or have anything with fat it will make me ill with stomach cramps, bloat, nausea etc. Butter is another one also cooking bacon in the frying pan same with sausages it'll make me ill. I went 3 weeks without cooking with oil and without butter and I have been fine until I cooked chips in the chip fat fryer tonight. So do anyone have the same problem?
Thanks.
Jack.

I don't think greasy food of any sort helps. I'm dairy free so we have to be careful what we cook with. Rape seed oil seem better and grill any bacon. We buy Sainsbury's turkey sausages done in the oven at ver low in fat. Good luck.
Hi yes I do -I cook everything in oven are microwave-someone once cooked me bakon and new potatoes-I thought i would die.
coconut oil or rapeseed oil is best if you must fry and I seem ok with this
very best wishes
Coconut oil (without coconut taste) is a really useful substitute for oil and butter. But cutting down on fried foods is the best option.
Well 7 months ago I used to feel great the next day after eating a chinese takeaway which I thought was weird. Fast forward 7 months and I now get horrendous stomach cramps in the night after a chinese (last 3 times and 2 different places). I've also been bad after eating sausages even if they're done on the BBQ without using any fat.
