Anyone experience bloated feeling? What do you take to help relieve this?

My Gp gave me Mebervine tablets take 3 times a day before meals, absolutely got rid of my bloated feeling.

Mebeverine tablets definately helps me as well, along with not eating things much harder to digest

If you can't wait to get the doctor to prescribe Mebervin then there's Buscapan. Also you can try Peppermint oil capsules. You can buy them from Holland and Barrett . These can help with the bloating.
