Would anyone who uses this or has used please share their opinion?

I would be using it for contipation, and am using fybergel and docusate at the moment. I am very bloated and still constipated but I am going to the toilet.

I am concerned about how long it takes to work and if it gives urgency. At work, I work on the 3rd floor and toilets are on the ground floor.

Just thinking about this at the moment.
