Hi,

I have had the pain coupled with the diarrhoea. I usually get this after I eat fried food.the pain disappears after I've been to the loo.

Yes I get it most evenings and often with a yellow mucous.Others on this site have said that they too have this.

So seems to be part of the symptoms for gastric and bowel problems.
