I have the same problem,so I’m hoping someone can come up with an answer for you. I sympathise with you.
Have you tried an antispasmodic medicine or a gas reliever? You could try taking Senocalm IBS which has simethicone and peppermint tea, or you could try Buscopan. The latter relaxes your bowel so it might help with your stomach churning trouble. Good luck!
