New IBS symptom?

Hi I've lived with IBS for over 30 years during which I have had every examination known to man and so many diagnosis from many consultants. I've now developed another painful symptom which is causing more stress. The top of my right hand ribs and the same area on my back are extremely painful. The pain starts when I have been on my feet after about 20 mins and is only helped by sitting with heat and painkillers. This is obviously not something I can do every day. Can anyone let me know if this is something they recognise. Thanks Madge16

If it's just under your ribs on the right it could be your gall bladder
