IBS for years. Just started to get a real bad pain like cramp in right side when I turn to wipe my bottom. Sometimes on left side if I turn that way. Any ideas 💡🤔 thnkx

IBS C, constipation? Does it feel that your colon is emptying properly?
See your GP. Diverticular symptoms start like that.... don't be fobbed off . I don't know if u are a female but I was fobbed off for years saying it was my monthly...believe me that alien grew worse and worse.... Good luck x
