Some good news for a change. I passed my first properly solid stool in months. And I mean solid not the usual soft and squishy and certainly not the stinky liquid explosions I get during a flare up.
Feel like a toddler wanting to drag his potty around to show everyone!

No but my IBS tends to be cyclical. It just be a very long flare up

Me too. All very well wearing nappies to get through the day at home but no go when i have to go back to work
