Anyone had a UTI and found that their bloat is 100% worse along with IBS

Yes...my go to is cranberry juice...this has a direct effect on the kidney bladder and uretha.It is thought to cause any bacteria to release its hold and flush through and has antibacterial properties too.Half a cup a day or obtain the tablet form from your local chemist.As for IBS...i would consider using slippery elm bark, increase probiotics, use aloe vera (optima) all the above heal inflammation , sooths the bowel walls replace all the bad bacteria with good and restore gut microbiome.Most people end up with this condition by overuse of antibiotics...sugar....carbohydrates and yeast.

I already take probiotics, I restrict sugar, yeast, carbohydrates - I eat a very healthy diet - cranberry juice is full of sugar even the low cal version. I just wanted to know if when having an attack was the bloat worse. I got it this time when I have not had any antibiotics - and I have also been tracking all my food on My Fitness Pal so know what my macros are - the only bad carbs I eat are Ryvita no pasta potatoes rice etc. but plenty of veg
