Laxido

Hi, I've been suffering with constipation for a few years, probably because of pills I take for chronic pain. I started laxido, 2 sachets a day a few weeks ago. Worked well at first although quite loose. However for last 5 days its like water! Struggling to eat. Tummy ache, cramps etc. Stopped sachets when the watery stuff started but its still going on. Should I be worried or is this normal. After long term constipation only going once or twice every couple of weeks to stuck on the toilet for last 5 days seems a bit extreme. Any advice appreciated xx

It’s hard to get it right . I take laxido but maybe try taking one just at night time . As it’s so hard to see a doctor at the minute .but if it makes you feel ill I would phone doctor for help .

Thankyou, the diareah finally stopped the night before last so I took 1 sachet last night and will continue 1 every night and see how it goes x

[Hidden]

I take this everyday at first I had to take 2 one day , then 3 , then 4 then when I finally went I had Diarrhea for 2 weeks !! I stopped taking it until it had stopped as it’s hard to get the dose right . I take just 1 sachet in the evening and I take 1 scoop optifibre midday it’s worked for me x

Thankyou, poor you, 2 weeks! 1 week was bad enough! I've taken 1 last night as I had tummy ache but no diareah. Im going to try 1 every evening and see how I go x

It’s very unpredictable lol great if your impacted !! When I got up to 4 in one day I couldn’t even eat I was so swollen wouldn’t mind it was Xmas day no dinner for me !! X

Aww thats rubbish! I struggle to eat with tummy cramps and feeling full / bloated too. Hoping I've turned a corner, everything crossed. Hope you are well too x

You will feel better once you find right dose without being stuck in bathroom all day !! X
