I usually just take Senna on Saturday evenings and am going most of day on Sunday. I don't eat anything or even take my meds so no interactions. I just drink strong black coffee and apple juice known for their mild laxative effects. I don't know what laxative you take, I don't think there would be a problem. Are you able to contact your gastro or Doctor?

The lavative I take is ‘ laxido’. If I take a stimulant laxative eg senna I am in agony with my visceral hypersensitivity. I’ve given up with docs/gastros as I have more success working it out on my own.

It won't reduce the laxatives from working but the probiotic will be ineffective. Much better to wait four to six hours before taking the probiotic.
