Just as things seemed to be looking up had calproctectin results back 117 down from 156 last July then told fit test is 158! Mind now in overdrive doctor ringing today hopefully and would think colonoscopy on the cards. Anyone else had this result. Never had visable blood on stool had small fissure beginning last year. But for 12 months had on going abdo pain (seemed related to certain foods and stress) no loose stools but some constipation.

Hey please try to not over worry . I had exactly the same issue with an abnormal FIT test 2 weeks ago and make myself ill worrying . I had a gastrostomy + colonoscopy this Wednesday and I am fine . I just want to reassure you that it’s not as bad as you might think and that most people do not have serious issues x
