Can anyone describe the varying symptoms of IBS

Hi Mascot68, my symptoms are Diarrhoea, severe Abdominal Pain on lower left side and sometimes lower back pain.

Lower abdominal pain, loud rumbling in the stomach in the morning, bloating, flatulence, sometimes nausea

Deep lower back pain, frequency in needing to go for a number 1. Flushing (only when IBS is really bad) Pain on the left side, but also on the right now and dizzyiness. A common symptom can be nausea but I do not get that. I find mebeverine a great help for the pain on the left side but for none of the other symptoms.

Hi mascot my symtoms are severe constipation low right stomach pain , severe low bowel spasms , trapped wind , bloating , burping x

My symptom are stomach pain central lower right, nausea, vomiting, weight loss, multiple lose stools, joint pain, occasional bleeding from rear, mouth ulcers, extreme fatigue.
