I have it every day all day like I’m sat on a red hot poker the pain is bad I’ve had so many procedures done down below and around the Corner.... I’m torn up inside as I have a fast transit no not van lol 😂 x

Yes really I read it works for piles and I was so badly constipated and in pain I tried it lol it was more like a cooling sensation

I don't see too many men on here. But yes I do have issues with this. I didn't know whether to speak up. Is it ibs or could it be something worse. I believe something seriously wrong with me like colon cancer or whatever but get blown off by the docs. I've had colonoscopies up the ying yang literally and figuratively to no avail. Any help on what might be going on?

If it is caused by constant diarrhea, you can put witch hazel on a rag and apply it. It does sting for just a minute but then it shrinks the tissue around the anus and that helps a lot. You can buy Tucks which are pads with witch hazel on them. But they seem to be not as strong so I just add more straight witch hazel to the jar.
