I still need to understand all the symptoms, and today I had a pain the centre of the abdomen higher than belly bottom.
I went to toilet (liquid...) and pass some gas, drink some mint tea and it’s ok! But is it normal?
Today I sent a request to my Gp for some extra exam (I’m a medical undergraduate in Italy) But I’m worry they don’t going to do nothing... unfortunately I don’t have a good experience with them, in that case what I need to do???
Thanks and have a good evening

Cote my ab pain starts about an inch above the belly button, but then can move around even to my back. I have constipation, always impacted. So get checked for a gastric ulcer as it can cause pain in that area. Also is the pain constant (like mine) or sharp. All IBS pain does not have to be associated with bowel movements, but usually a change in bowel habits.
