I am suffering from IBS since 2017. I am currently on medication for long time. My main problem is when I go to the bathroom in the morning to empty my stools, I feel that I am stuck for 3 to 4 hours, she feels that shes dirty, she wants to clean and wash her back passage, but she over cleans herself. She wants to ben free from the bathroom but she feels stuck. She sometimes suffers from diahrrea and occasionally clay type stools. She wants to be free from bathroom in 10-15 mins, but feels stuck. Please help and advise.
